Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ck444 platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other digital channel provided by us — you expressly and implicitly agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

This acceptance takes effect from the moment you first use the platform, even before any formal registration. ck444 reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform, and your continued use thereafter constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These terms should be read together with Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming ck444, which forms part of your overall agreement with us.

Member Eligibility

To register and use ck444 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be an individual, not a company or legal entity.
• You are not currently on any self-exclusion list or gaming ban issued by any regulatory authority.
• You are registering in your own name and not on behalf of any other individual or third party.
• You have never previously had an account terminated by ck444 for fraud or breach of terms.

Registration & Account Management

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at ck444. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information. The details requested include:

• Full name as stated on your identification document
• Date of birth
• Active mobile phone number
• A valid email address
• Bank details for withdrawal purposes

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. ck444 will not be liable for any losses arising from your password being disclosed to a third party. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Deposit & Withdrawal

Ck444 supports a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia to make your transactions seamless. All deposits and withdrawals are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit is RM 20 per transaction.
• Supported methods: Direct bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1 to 5 minutes after payment verification.
• Ck444 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 30 minutes during regular hours.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same member's name.
• Ck444 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing large withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000.
• Any withdrawal involving an active bonus will be subject to the applicable wagering requirements.

Bonuses & Promotions

Ck444 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions designed to enhance our members' gaming experience. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms stated on the Promotions.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only. Cannot be combined with any other promotion.
• Wagering Requirement: Every bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal is allowed. This requirement is clearly stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have a set validity period. Any unused bonus will expire automatically once the period ends.
• Bonus Abuse Prohibition: Any attempt to exploit or abuse the ck444 bonus system — including the use of multiple accounts or betting strategies aimed solely at fulfilling wagering requirements — is prohibited and may result in account closure.
• Right of Cancellation: ck444 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if fraud or abuse is suspected, following the completion of an internal investigation.

Game Rules

All games offered on the ck444 platform — including slots, sports betting, bingo, and the live game lobby — are subject to specific rules set by their respective software providers and by ck444.

• All games use a certified, independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fairness and true randomness in every outcome.
• The RTP (Return to Player) value for each slot game is displayed in the respective game information.
• Any technical disruption during gameplay that prevents a clear outcome from being determined will result in the cancellation of that round and the return of the bet amount to the member.
• Ck444 reserves the right to void or declare invalid any bets placed as a result of technical errors, incorrectly displayed odds, or any other exceptional circumstances.
• Results issued by the ck444 system are final unless there is strong verifiable evidence of a technical error.

Security & Identity Verification (KYC)

Ck444 adheres to Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures as part of our commitment to platform security and anti-money laundering compliance. KYC verification may be required in the following situations:

• When cumulative withdrawal amounts exceed a specified threshold
• When unusual or suspicious account activity is detected
• When requested by our compliance team for security reasons
• To verify ownership of the payment method used

Documents that may be required for the KYC process include: a copy of your MyKad or passport, a recent bank statement, and proof of ownership of the registered phone number. All submitted documents will be handled securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy ours.

Prohibited User Conduct

• Using another person's account or playing on behalf of someone else
• Misuse of customer support channels with false information or malicious intent
• Any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law

Account Closure & Termination

You may close your ck444 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all available balances must be claimed or transferred in accordance with the prescribed procedures.

Ck444 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Confirmed fraud or illegal activity
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by members
• Instructions from the relevant authorities

In cases of account closure due to breach of terms, ck444 reserves the right to hold the available balance while an internal investigation is conducted. Valid balances will be returned within 30 business days upon completion of the investigation.

Liability Limits

Ck444 will not be liable for any losses arising from the following situations:

• Internet service or infrastructure outages beyond our control
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with account security terms
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to the use of the platform
• Third-party actions affecting your access to the platform

Ck444's total liability to any member under any circumstance shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.

Terms Amendment

Ck444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon the updated version being published on the platform.

We will endeavour to notify members of material changes via in-app notifications or registered email. However, it is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest terms.

Your continued use of the ck444 platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
